We won’t pass or sell your information to anyone, or give it to other companies or individuals. The only time we’ll email you is to inform you of events we’re putting on are or part of. In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:
Information about your use of our site including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access. Such information includes traffic data, location data and other communication data.
Information provided voluntarily by you. For example, when you register for information or purchase event tickets or products (including name, address, email address, location data).

We use Campaign Monitor to send information to those on our mailing list. This is to inform you of future events that we are putting on or are involved with, or other information we feel you may be interested in. When you sign up to this list, we collect your name and your email address and nothing else. If you interact with one of these emails, we see your approximate location and which content you interact with. We include an unsubscribe button on every email which you are free to use at any time.
Occasionally we may receive information about you from other sources, for example from any third party websites, applications or sign-in services (such as Facebook or Twitter) that integrate or communicate with the website in relation to you.
Use of your information:
We use the information that we collect from you to provide our services to you. In addition to this we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:

Storing your personal data:
In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is stored securely. How long will The Heavy Disco Experience keep my personal information?
We will hold your personal information on our systems until your registration is cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your website registration, your account will be deleted upon receipt of notification to cancel. One an account is deleted, personal information attaching to that account will not be used or processed by The Heavy Disco Experience, and will be deleted within one month of notification of account cancellation.
Where you contribute to a website, we will generally only keep your content for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose(s) for which it was submitted.
